Do you have purchased and connected domain hosting or will I connect your domain hosting? (As an example: My domain and hosting have already connected)
Which company's domain hosting has been used for your website? (As an example: I purchased and used Siteground/Namecheap hosting)
Do you have hosting cPanel where if you need you can manage your website and also can fix critical issues? (As an example: Yes, I have hosting's cPanel)
Did you have installed WordPress on your server or will I install WordPress? (As an example: WordPress is already installed and setup)
How many days you can give me to build your website? (As an example: 7 days)
How much are you willing to pay for this website building? (As an example: 345 USD)

[NOTE: If you want any premium features then you will purchase and provide me with all the premium featured plugins and resources. And I will build your website as you want.]

Finally, are you ready and can I get started on your project work? (As an example: Yes, you can start my project now...)

I want the following things to get start your project work:

Photoshop/Figma UI or an example website link that will be the inspiration for your website build.
If the website is e-commerce. I need well-documented text files and media files that you like to use on your website.
I need domain hosting that's already connected where I can start project work with WordPress install and setup.
You will give me the required premium theme, plugins, and other resources. I will just build your website.
If I need it, you will provide hosting cPanel login access.

Payment & refund policy:

You must pay 20% of the total contract money before starting your project work.
After done 50% project work, you will pay 50% money.
Rest 30% of the money will pay me after the final revision from you.
If you want, you can get a refund of your paid money before 25% project work is done.
You can pay 3 different ways: (i) On Xoom through PayPal (ii) Through Payoneer (iii) through Direct bank/Money order

Revision & final delivery:

I will send you for revision after building the website home/landing page.
After 80% work is done, I will send you again for revision.
After done the whole project work, I will send you for final revision. After that, I will deliver the project.
